Your email address will be stored and managed through Beehiiv, a third-party email platform. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.
Event Subscriber List By submitting your information to be notified of future events, you consent to receiving occasional communications about upcoming LKS & Co events, including SALON x LKS and other programming. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us directly.
Service Inquiry Forms By completing a web form related to personal styling, enterprise consulting, speaking services, or any other LKS & Co. offering, you consent to being contacted by LKS & Co. for the purpose of discussing your inquiry. Submission of a form does not constitute a contract or guarantee of services.
LKS & Co. will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Payments & Refunds
Personal Styling Services All personal styling engagements require payment in full prior to the commencement of services. Work will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed. After you’ve become a client, payment terms may shift and will be directed by Laura on invoicing.
Refund Policy for Personal Styling LKS & Co. understands that circumstances change. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. All approved refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee, which will be deducted from the amount returned. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or sessions already completed.
Wedding Styling Services & Custom/Bespoke Services Wedding styling and other custom or date-specific engagements require a deposit to secure your date. Deposit amounts, remaining payment schedules, and cancellation terms are determined at the time of booking and outlined in your individual client agreement. All engagements are subject to a cancellation fee. The amount is determined by the nature of the service, the timing of the cancellation, and any costs already incurred by LKS & Co. on behalf of the client. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. LKS & Co. reserves the right to retain any portion of fees paid that reflects work completed, time reserved, or resources allocated.
Enterprise Consulting & Speaking Engagements Payment terms for enterprise consulting, workshops, and speaking engagements are outlined individually within each client agreement or proposal, including the cancellation policy. Those terms supersede the general terms stated here.
General LKS & Co. reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. No Professional Guarantee
While LKS & Co. draws on psychological research and behavioral science in its work, Laura K. Sawyier is not a licensed psychologist or therapist. Content on this site is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and content — including but not limited to Presence Architecture and the Applied Psychology of Style — are the intellectual property of LKS & Co. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any proprietary content is strictly prohibited.
