The Closet in the Cloud is your personal virtual inventory, exclusively available to LKS clients, designed to take the guesswork out of getting dressed and the stress out of your mornings, getting ready for dinner, or packing for your trip.

Step One: Two Hours In-Closet

Closet Styling

This wardrobe edit offers a fresh perspective on your closet and personal style. We’ll begin with a styling questionnaire and goal review, followed by a focused closet edit to assess key pieces for fit, wear, and versatility—centered around the current or upcoming season.

    • Styling Questionnaire & Initial Goals Review

    • In-closet edit of current, seasonal wardrobe (fit, condition, versatility, and how to wear)

    • Styling of 4–7 complete outfits with photos, launching your personalized digital lookbook

    • Establish your “Closet in the Cloud” — begin to photograph your collection of clothing, shoes, accessories, etc., to be added to your virtual closet (platform hosted by LKS). Virtual clients will be given best practices on uploading. Ongoing hosting is included in the Step 1 package fee.

    • Guidance on fit, tailoring, and alteration recommendations

    • Lifestyle, travel, and upcoming event considerations integrated into styling

    • Post-session follow-up email with care notes, tailoring suggestions, and gap analysis (no shopping links)

    • Optional Add-Ons: Online Shopping Services + Consignment/Resale Services (see following sections)


    DISCLOSURE

    • Not every closet is the same size. This entry package is intended to begin the review of your collection. We may or may not cover the entirety of your seasonal wardrobe during the initial 2-hour session.

    • Additional hours for reviewing your wardrobe collection will be billed at $425/hour. If this session takes less than 2 hours, the remaining time will be applied to future sessions/styling work in 15-minute increments.

    • Continue reading for more support to clients that exist beyond this initial package. This styling relationship is a support partnership where LKS will be available to you on an as-need basis for future wardrobe styling needs.

Step Two: Shop, Try-On + Styling

Online Shopping

Shop with intention and ease through a list of personalized pieces pulled by Laura, all tailored to your budget and style. Delivered via your “Closet in the Cloud,” each piece includes styling notes on how to pair it with your current wardrobe. This services includes a one-hour try-on session, with the option to add a digital lookbook for everyday dressing or upcoming events.

    • Approximately 30 personalized shopping recommendations aligned to your budget, lifestyle, and existing wardrobe

    • Direct links to trusted retailers and brands included in virtual summary

    • Shopping list delivered via your “Closet in the Cloud” within 1–2 weeks of your request or closet session

    • One-hour virtual try-on session once purchases arrive (additional overtime billed hourly at $425/hour)

    • Creation of approximately 30 complete styled looks following the try-on, combining new and existing pieces, added to your “Closet in the Cloud” for daily reference

      Purchasing Options:

    • Clients may purchase items directly, or request LKS to manage ordering and tracking on their behalf (additional billing at $425/hour)

    DISCLOSURE

    • Depending on how much new clothing is purchased and additional support, including tailoring recommendations, fit, styling advice, etc., the follow-up session may take more than 1 hour – in this case, it would exceed this package price + be discussed with client.

    • Additional hours for reviewing/advising try-on of your new purchases are billed at $425/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Extended New Client Support Service

Special Event Styling

Do you have an upcoming gala, job interview, black-tie fundraiser, wedding to attend, public speaking engagement, television appearance, work cocktails, or other special events, and are not sure you’ve got the right outfit?

    • I help you select what works in a variety of settings that are an extension of you. We’ll have you looking and feeling confident, receiving compliments (styling from existing items in your closet and/or shopping for new items)

    • Incorporate accessories as well as alteration recommendations for the right fit from head to toe 

    • Photo capture of look(s) for dressing reference and concise outfit planning, added to your “Closet in the Cloud”

    • We may also plan a series of looks for the upcoming season of events, so you’re prepared for each occasion

      DISCLOSURE

    • For Wedding Styling support, please reference the page on this service here.

    • Additional hours for reviewing/advising try-on of your special event styling are billed at $425/hour, billed in 15-minute increments (beyond the minimum fee).

      For new clients: Special Event Styling services start at $1,275 minimum
